Account Deletion — Worqly
How to request deletion
- Open the Worqly app and log in.
- Go to Profile → Delete my account (available for both clients and service providers).
- Type "DELETE" to confirm and follow the final confirmation step.
No access to the app? Send an email to admin@worqly.com.br from the address registered on
your account, requesting the deletion. The request is processed within 15 days.
What is permanently deleted
- Identity documents and selfie submitted during verification, profile photos, portfolio, and photos from orders and chat.
- Saved addresses, support tickets, and active login sessions.
What is anonymized (kept without identifying you)
Name, email, phone number, and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) are removed from records of already-completed orders — amounts and dates remain to support the provider's ratings and history, but without any link to your identity.
What is retained due to legal obligation
- Financial records (amounts and dates of payments and payouts), for 5 years, in accordance with Brazilian tax law (CTN art. 173/174).
- Accepted quotes, as a record of the contract between the parties (Civil Code art. 205).
In cases of fraud or rejection due to serious background-check findings, we retain only an encrypted record of the CPF (no document or selfie) to prevent a new fraudulent sign-up — never data that could directly identify the person.
